Marc Ferrero is a contemporary French painter and the founder of the Storytelling Art movement, an approach that views painting not as a series of isolated works, but as the construction of narrative worlds that are coherent over time.
For more than thirty years, he has been creating a body of work in oil on canvas structured around series, recurring characters, and narratives, in which each painting functions as a fragment of a larger whole. Storytelling Art thus affirms painting as a medium capable of conceiving, narrating, and constructing contemporary mythologies.
An independent artist since the beginning of his career, Marc Ferrero has developed his body of work and his international presence outside the traditional contemporary art circuits. More than 10,000 of his works have found their way into private collections around the world. His career has also been marked by collaborations with international companies and brands, notably Hublot, as well as by numerous projects blending painting, performance, and storytelling.
His central project, *The Empire of Acceleration*, explores the tensions of our time—speed, screens, the dominance of real time—through a dreamlike and critical universe conceived as a painted graphic novel.
