Participation in delivery costs depends on the type of work ordered:
Limited editions :
For the EUROPEAN UNION the deliveries are done by Colissimo with a participation of 20 EUROS. For the rest of the world, United Kingdom and Switzerland the participation is 30 Euros.
Portfolio :
For the EUROPEAN UNION the deliveries are made by DHL with a participation of 50 Euros. For the rest of the world, United Kingdom and Switzerland the participation is 80 Euros
General :
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation and delivery of your order.
We deliver in Metropolitan France, including Corsica and also Monaco. We also deliver all over the world and this will imply delivery charges according to the weight of the product(s) as well as the geographical area. We use the company La Poste for deliveries to France. The ordered products will be sent to the address you will have indicated during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the indication of an erroneous or incomplete address by you. For deliveries by post, if the recipient is absent at the time of passage of our transport provider, the package will be deposited at a post office near the delivery address. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left at a post office near the delivery address, or, in the case of delivery by post, the notice of passage. At the end of this period, the unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or his failure to pick up the parcel within the time limit set for this purpose.
Transportation:
The risks related to the transport are supported by the salesman, under the condition that the purchaser checked the goods with the arrival and exerted, if it were necessary, its recourse against the conveyor under 72h (not including the public holidays), even in the event of forwarding in carriage free. In the event that a package is received too damaged, the buyer must refuse it (see paragraph Deliveries). In the case of a loss of a parcel during transport, the investigation time can take from one to three weeks.
Delivery times :
For all products, delivery may vary from 2 to 5 working days (subject to stock availability) from the confirmation of your order by our order department. You will be informed of this validation by e-mail (receipt of your invoice). This is an average time depending on the destination and availability of the item. Exceeding this deadline cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction of the price paid by the buyer, and to any payment for damages, as long as the customer is delivered within 10 working days, following the confirmation of his order.
Follow-up of deliveries :
Once you have chosen and validated your payment method, a summary of your order is automatically sent to you by e-mail. Your order is then immediately processed.
You will receive by e-mail the invoice summarizing your order.

Shipments:
In general, all packages are shipped by LA POSTE, in Colissimo with tracking, for a flat fee of 10€ depending on the value of the free shipping per order. However, www.ferreroart.com reserves the possibility of selecting another mode of forwarding for reasons of times, weight, and value of the order. The selection of another shipping method by ferrerait.com can in no way affect the payment of the flat rate (10 € depending on the value of the free shipping) of the buyer to shipping costs.
Deliveries :
A delivery/invoice slip (ATELIER MARC FERRERO) is attached to your package. We advise you to keep it, it will serve as proof of delivery.
You must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery receipt (from LA POSTE). You must indicate on this receipt and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product, missing item ...). This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the buyer, or a person authorized by him/her, has signed the delivery receipt.
You must also confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail within 72 hours (not including holidays) of receiving the item(s) and send a copy of this letter to

- If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, you must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because opened or damaged). The delivery is carried out by the direct handing-over of the product to the announced recipient, with with each delivery, the signature of an acknowledgement of good reception by the identified recipient. The customer must ensure that the recipient is available at the scheduled delivery time.
- In case of incomplete address, wrong address, refusal of the parcel by the recipient or lack of information leading to an impossibility to deliver the product to the recipient in time. The Company ATELIER MARC FERRERO, owner of the site www.ferreroart.com cannot be held responsible for the final quality of this delivery. If this lack of information leads to a second presentation to the recipient, ferrerait.com will be entitled to ask the customer for the costs corresponding to this second delivery.
- In case of absence of the addressee at the time of the delivery, within the framework of the delivery ensured by LA POSTE, the factor will leave a transit advice note in the mailbox of the addressee. The latter will then have to come and collect it at the address specified on the delivery notice (post office).
- A delay is noted when the product has not been delivered, for any other reason than a case of force majeure (unavailability of the Internet network, war, riot, fire, strike, accident).
In any case, the delivery in time can intervene only if the purchaser is up to date with his obligations towards the seller.
We kindly ask our customers never to accept a damaged package without making reservations when signing the acknowledgement of receipt. By signing, the recipient certifies the good delivery of the product by LA POSTE. Without reservations or refusal of the package, no claim on the condition of the delivered package will be accepted by ferrerart.com.
Ferrerait.com shall not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in case of fortuitous event, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flooding, fire.
In case of non-delivery of an order or part of an order, you have six months maximum (from the date of your order) to manifest yourself. Beyond this period we will not accept any complaint.
The present General Conditions of Sale as well as the prices of the products sold on the site www.ferreroart.com, are expressly accepted by the purchaser, who declares and recognizes to have taken knowledge of it, and of this fact the purchaser renounces to prevail himself of any contradictory document. The act of purchase involves the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Ferreroart.com cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
The responsibility of Marc FERRERO is, in any case, limited to the amount of the order. It cannot be held responsible for simple errors or omissions which could have remained in spite of all the precautions taken in the presentation of the articles.
Marc FERRERO cannot be held responsible, towards a user or a third party, for any indirect damage, loss of operation, profit or turnover, occurring in any way whatsoever, even if this damage or this loss or this prejudice was foreseeable by Marc FERRERO, or if its possibility had been brought to its attention.
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code and Law No. 2014- 344 of March 17, 2014, the buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of delivery of his or her order to return any item that does not suit him or her and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return shipping costs. Marc FERRERO grants its customers a total period of 30 days. When the thirty-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
The product must be returned new, with its original labels still attached to the article, in its original packaging, not stained, not torn.
You have the right to open the packaging and to try out the delivered products, as long as this does not make the goods unfit for sale.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, the price of the returned products will be fully reimbursed to you by bank transfer to the account that you will have indicated to us for this purpose as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised. You may, if you wish, opt for another method of reimbursement (credit note or purchase voucher).
